Register DataViews for UNIX/VMS Versions

Please supply as much information as possible for our record of your company and to insure a prompt return of your authorization sequence (please note that items marked with a red star * are required). You can find the item marked "Serial Number" on your license sheet. The "Purchase Order Number" is required if you are unable to provide the "Serial Number". If you do not supply the "Serial Number" or the ""Purchase Order Number" your authorization will be delayed or returned until these items are supplied.

DataViews will return your authorization sequence to you using the "Email Address" supplied. If you would prefer an alternate way of communication please provide these details within the "Additional Information/Comments" section.

If you are re-installing or transferring your DataViews license please include all past licensing information including hostname/hostid and number of licenses and license type. Add this information to the "Additional Information/Comments" section.

PROTECTION

There are two types of protection from which you may choose: Floating License Manager Protection or Host-Locked Protection. Please note: not all systems support both types of licensing. If you have doubts about which you should choose, please consult the documentation or contact technical support. Only the license server is validated. If additional information regarding floating license manager protection is required please refer to the product installation manual. In order to obtain an authorization sequence using floating license protection please check the Floating License Manager box below. Host-Locked Protection allows a particular host to run DataViews. One host is validated for each license purchased. These are the only hosts authorized to run DataViews. To obtain an authorization sequence using host-locked protection please check the Host-Locked box below and indicate the number of hosts you wish to authorize.
